It includes a wide range of services that can be accessed online, reducing the need for physical visits to government offices and streamlining administrative processes.

Here we provide collected access to essential Kazakhstan's e-government services, regularly used my businesses and individuals. Summary introduction to services provided by each government postal is provided further on this page.   



E-Gov Portal: Kazakhstan's central e-government portal (egov.kz) serves as a one-stop-shop for various government services. This platform allows citizens and residents to apply for documents, register businesses, pay taxes, and access a variety of other services.


Portal esf.gov.kz (Information System For Electronic Tax Invoicing) is a key component of Kazakhstan's broader e-government initiative, focusing on the digitalization of fiscal documents to streamline tax reporting and compliance.

Electronic Tax Invoices (ETI)

Electronic Tax Invoice (ETI) (Электронный Счет Фактура (ЭСФ) is a digital versions of paper-based fiscal documents. Issuance and management of ETI are crucial for VAT reporting and compliance.

Electronic Act of Acceptance (EAA)

Electronic Act of Acceptance (EAA) (Электронный Акт Выполненных Работ (ЭАВР) is a digital document that formally records the completion of a service or the delivery of goods. EAAs confirm what services were provided and accepted by/on a specified date.

Electronic waybills (e-waybill)

Electronic Waybill (e-waybill) (Сопроводительная Накладная на Товар (СНТ) is a digital version of a traditional waybill, which is a document issued by a carrier that details the type, quantity, and destination of goods being shipped.

E-waybills advantages:

  1. Efficiency in Logistics: E-waybills simplify the process of shipping and tracking goods. They provide all parties in the supply chain with real-time access to data, which enhances the coordination of shipments.
  2. Reduced Paperwork: Digital waybills eliminate the need for multiple paper copies, making the process more environmentally friendly and less prone to document loss or damage.
  3. Compliance and Transparency: Electronic waybills ensure better compliance with shipping regulations and improve transparency in the transport of goods, as they can be integrated with customs and tax systems.

Electronic Warehouse System

Electronic warehouse system (Виртуальный Склад) allows for real-time tracking of goods entering and leaving the warehouse. This includes updates on quantities, locations, and the status of items within the warehouse, facilitating better inventory control and planning.

Integration with Electronic Fiscal Invoices: The system is integrated with the platform’s electronic fiscal invoice services, enabling seamless updates and accurate recording of transactions that affect inventory levels. This helps in maintaining accurate fiscal records and supports compliance with tax regulations.

Documentation and Reporting: It generates necessary documentation such as receipts, dispatch notes, and stock reports automatically. This feature is essential for audits, compliance checks, and internal management reports.

Electronic Agreements

The Taxpayer's Portal ("Taxpayers Webroom") - online platform provided by the State Revenue Committee of Kazakhstan and serves as a digital service center for taxpayers in Kazakhstan.

The National Certification Authority (NCA) of Kazakhstan plays a crucial role in the digital infrastructure of the country, especially concerning cybersecurity and digital authentication. The NCA is responsible for issuing Electronic Digital Signatures (EDS) for individuals, businesses, and government entities to facilitate secure electronic transactions and communications across Kazakhstan digital infrastructure.


National Employment Portal "enbek.kz" is part of Kazakhstan's e-government infrastructure for employment and labor-related services, designed to facilitate the various needs surrounding employment, both for job seekers and employers.

Employers are required to maintain records of employment agreements digitally or may enter into contracts digitally on this portal.
